Have you got a bit more time? If you have, we recommend reviving your energy with a visit to our Finnish sauna or our steam bath. Enjoy the warmth in this oasis of well-being (new). Then take a refreshing multi-sensory shower and recuperate in our open-air leisure zone.

If you still feel the need for further relaxation or if you suffer from tense neck and back muscles, our massage therapist - naturally by appointment only - offers a range of relaxing massages.

To train your stamina and fitness, you have access to a range of modern fitness equipment such as ergometer, power bench, treadmill, stepper and barbells. We are happy to instruct you on the use of the equipment. If you wish, we can also provide a personal fitness trainer.
